By downloading, installing, or using AnyPath™ (the "App"), published by Nurse Alarm LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. Using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by us in writing.
The App copies the local path, folder path, cloud link, or web address of the item in your active window to your clipboard, and can present a draggable chip for the copied file. It works across many third-party applications, each of which exposes this information differently. The App is designed to fail safely: when it cannot identify the active item with confidence, it reports a clear failure rather than copying an incorrect path. However, the behavior of third-party applications and operating systems can change, and we do not guarantee that the App will resolve a path in every application, version, or configuration.
The App interoperates with third-party applications (for example, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and web browsers). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by their publishers, and all third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Support for a given application may change, degrade, or be discontinued if that application changes.
The App is a convenience tool provided for productivity purposes. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every application or with future updates of the applications and operating systems it supports.
The App collects no personal data by default; optional features such as failure diagnostics send information only if you enable them, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://anypath.nursealarm.app/privacy.
The App offers a free tier and an optional paid "Premium" upgrade, which may be sold as a subscription, as a one-time ("lifetime") license, or both, and may include free-trial or promotional pricing.
Windows purchases: On Windows, all purchases are processed by the Microsoft Store under Microsoft's terms. Subscriptions renew, convert from any free trial, and can be cancelled according to the store's rules, which you manage in your Microsoft account. Refund requests must be directed to Microsoft; we do not have the ability to process store payments or refunds directly.
macOS purchases: If the macOS App is sold directly, purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider under its terms, and refund requests are handled according to the policy stated at the point of sale. If the macOS App is offered through the Apple App Store, Apple's purchase and refund terms govern.
Lifetime license: A "lifetime" purchase is a one-time license for the specific platform on which it was purchased (for example, "AnyPath for Windows"). It covers that product, including its updates, for as long as we offer and support the product on that platform. It does not automatically include versions of the App for other platforms (a macOS license is separate from a Windows license), and it does not obligate us to develop or support the product indefinitely.
Prices may change over time; a price change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
The App, its name, logos, and all associated content are owned by Nurse Alarm LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Nurse Alarm LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one U.S. dollar ($1.00).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with venue in Travis County, Texas, to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable app store's terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://anypath.nursealarm.app/terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to anypath@nursealarm.app.
Where the App is obtained through the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms also apply, and, in the event of a conflict regarding the store transaction, those terms govern that transaction.
Where the App is obtained through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Nurse Alarm LLC only, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
